1. Order Terms
By placing an order through our website or contacting us directly, you agree to the following order terms:
- All orders are subject to our written confirmation
- A detailed quotation including price, delivery time, etc. will be sent upon order confirmation
- Customers must confirm the quotation and pay deposit within the specified time
- Custom products cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins (except for quality issues)
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to raw material price fluctuations
2. Price and Payment
Our standard payment terms:
- New Customers: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment
- Regular Customers: Payment terms can be negotiated based on cooperation history
- Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, PayPal (small orders)
- Payment currency: USD as primary settlement currency, other currencies negotiable
- Bank charges are borne by the customer
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery-related policies:
- Lead Time: Standard orders 15-25 days, as specified in quotation
- Delivery Point: Customer designated location (EXW/FOB/CIF negotiable)
- Shipping Methods: Sea freight, air freight, express available, we provide optimal solution recommendations
- Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Tracking number will be provided after shipment
- Delivery time is estimated and does not constitute a contractual obligation
4. Quality Guarantee
Our quality commitments:
- Products meet agreed specifications and quality standards
- Products have a 30-day quality objection period after shipment
- For quality issues requiring return or remake, please notify within 7 days of receipt
- Quality issues require photo evidence
- Our liability does not exceed the total order amount
- The following are not covered by quality guarantee:
- Damage caused by improper storage by customer
- Improper use or use beyond product specifications
- Damage caused by force majeure
5. Intellectual Property
- Design files provided by customers for printing, customers guarantee they own the relevant intellectual property
- Customers agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from intellectual property issues
- We reserve the right to retain copies of design files to prove compliance
- Molds and design files developed by us are our property
6. Sample Policy
- We can provide paid samples for quality verification
- Sample fees range from $50-$200 depending on product complexity
- Sample fees can be deducted from subsequent orders
- Samples are usually shipped within 5-7 working days
7. Minimum Order Quantity
- Standard MOQ for custom products is 10,000 pieces
- Orders below MOQ require additional fees
- Some products may have different MOQ requirements
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delayed delivery or breach of contract due to:
- Natural disasters, war, epidemics, and other force majeure events
- Default by raw material suppliers
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Power, communication, and other public facility failures
9. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration
- Arbitration location: Beijing; arbitration language: Chinese and English
- Applicable law: People's Republic of China law
10. Contract Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
