Our MOQ varies by product type. For custom printed plastic bags, the standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Some products may have different minimums. Please check the product details or contact our sales team for specific requirements.
Can I get free samples?
We offer paid samples for quality verification. Sample fees range from $50-$200 depending on product type and printing complexity. Sample costs can be deducted from your first order. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request samples.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 15-25 days depending on order quantity and product complexity. Larger orders may require additional time. We will provide accurate delivery schedules when confirming your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal (for small orders), and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. Flexible terms available for established customers.
Products & Design
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes, we provide basic design support free of charge. If you have existing artwork (AI, PSD, PDF formats), send it to us for printing. For custom design services, our team can help with professional design at additional cost based on complexity.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We offer multiple material options including standard PE/PP plastics, biodegradable plastics (PLA), and recycled plastics. We also provide FDA food-grade materials. All materials can be customized based on your requirements and target market.

How do you ensure product quality?
We strictly follow ISO quality management systems with full-process quality control from raw material inspection to final delivery. Every batch undergoes sampling tests including dimensions, color fastness, and load-bearing capacity. Third-party inspection is also accepted.

What is your monthly production capacity?
We have multiple automated production lines with monthly capacity of approximately 500-800 tons of various plastic bags. Capacity depends on product type and specifications. We can handle large-volume orders with stable supply guarantees.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer global shipping via sea freight (cost-effective for large orders), air freight (fast delivery), and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, volume, and weight. We provide optimal logistics solutions for your consideration.
