Yes. We provide all documentation required for SONCAP (Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme): Product test reports, ISO 9001 certificate, Material composition certificates, and Manufacturer declaration. We work with appointed SONCAP agents (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) for pre-shipment inspection and SONCAP certificate issuance. Documentation is included at no extra charge.
We're experienced with Kenya's PVoC program. We provide: Test reports from ISO 17025 labs, Factory audit reports, Product samples for KEBS testing if required. We coordinate with appointed PVoC agents for Certificate of Conformity issuance before shipment. This ensures smooth customs clearance at Mombasa port.
Standard payment terms: 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% T/T balance before shipment (against copy of shipping documents). We also accept L/C at sight (Letter of Credit) from established African banks. For first-time clients, we recommend starting with a small trial order (LCL) to build trust — many long-term relationships started this way.
