We use MDO-PE (machine direction oriented) and BOPE (biaxially oriented PE) mono-materials, which are fully recyclable in the PE stream unlike multi-material laminates.
MDO-PE and BOPE mono-materials maintain good moisture barrier. For high-barrier needs, we offer PCR (post-consumer recycled) content options.
Food-contact suitability is material-based: our PE/PP grades reference 21 CFR 177.1520; ask for the declaration and any migration reports for the finished structure.
MOQ is 10,000 pieces for multi-layer recyclable pouches. Plain stock bags are available from 1,000 pieces.
